Monday 20th October
Mum & Dad both had another hard night, thanks to me. They looked concerned, because I was crying so much and they didn't know what was wrong. I seem to have gone off my Cow & Gate, 'cos every time they gave me some I sent it straight back. I wasn't concentrating very hard on my breathing either, which didn't help matters much. Help arrived in the morning though, in the shape of Alison, Susan and Brigid. Doctor Norman brought me some new medicines and they decided to stop feeding me milk for a while. Now I'm having a sort of blackcurrant drink which tastes quite good - they can tell I like it as I keep smacking my lips! Dad had been worrying about me all day at work, and he was quite tired & upset when he got back. I tried to cheer him up with some of my best cuddles, and luckily Manju-masi and Uncle Dave turned up later. I had a nice surprise, too, because Stuart & David Jnr. came to see me. We didn't play football, though...I'm not sure if they're still suspended, but in any case it was too dark outside and the floodlights weren't on...

We had some more lovely
messages in the Guest Book today, and new visitors from South Africa, so that
helped lift our spirits. Dad's got a long weekend off coming up, and there'll be
lots of things to do. I want to see Concorde flying for the last time, then
there's the Diwali festival & fireworks, and we're also going to visit a
sort of hotel nearby that looks after special children like me.
And, I almost forgot, tomorrow I'll be into double figures - 10 weeks old
!!!
