Wednesday 29th October

What an exciting day ! It's past 2am and I'm only just beginning to feel tired. For the last 2 days I've been playing a new game with Dad that I thought up: Angel during the day - Devil at night. He doesn't enjoy it as much as me though. Especially as he's still not feeling too well. Never mind ! I'm the healthiest one in the house at the moment, so it's just as well someone's fit enough to be in charge. Mum's off-colour now, too !

I was pretty sure that Grandma & Auntie Doris would have the nappy crisis resolved as soon as they arrived, but I must admit I got a bit worried when I saw Doris' car pull up around midday with a huge sack of Cat-Lit in her boot ! Then I spied a few packets of Pampers as well, so I didn't have to get stroppy after all. They both mentioned how much I'd grown since I last saw them, so straightaway I made sure that I still fitted comfortably in their laps. After checking that my Cow & Gate levels were satisfactory, I let Grandma loose in the kitchen to rustle up some real food for the grown-ups. With all these plans I have to keep them occupied, they need looking after...

After a nice lunch, Alison and her assistant Annie dropped by to check on me. I kept up the angelic routine, and sure enough it paid dividends, in bonus cuddles. They also took some nice photos of everyone.
